1/144 ECIPS pylon for F-16A x2

Description

This is a resin detail parts set for use with aircraft kits.

ECIPS+ (Electronic Electronic Electronic Warfare System with Integrated Pylon and Missile Warning System) is a system jointly produced by Israel’s Elbit Systems and its partner, Therma of Denmark, and began being installed on F-16s operated by European countries several years ago.

ECIPS+ complements active protection with chaff and flares with passive protection, such as the AN/ALQ-162 jammer, which disables ground-based radar, and the AN/AAR-60 missile warning system.

The ECIPS+ is also equipped on the F-16A that Denmark has provided to Ukraine, and the U.S. Air Force Reserve Corps and the U.S. Air National Guard are also considering introducing it.

The image is of the 1/48 scale model. Other scales will be similarly modeled.

The 1/48 and 1/72 scale products will be packaged in blister packs, and the 1/144 scale products will be packaged in paper boxes.
