This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
Limited reissue of the Hasegawa 1/72 scale TBM-3 kit with decals to mark it as either of two Royal Navy Avenger A.S. MK.IV used in “Operation Musketeer”, the Anglo-French war with Egypt over the Suez Canal. Markings are for XB374 “Beryl the Peril” and XB385, side numbers 981 and 982 respectively, both based aboard the HMS Bulwark. The underwing AN/APS-4 underwing radar pod shown in the boxart is included, as is a white metal carrier hook to add under the tail, as the -3D had a different arrangement than previous models.
