This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
An all-new tooling of one of the more famous obscure British types from the immediate post-war period. Designed as replacement for the Beaufighter, the Brigand arrived too late for World War II but did see action in Malaya post-war. Valom has really outdone themselves with the surface detailing, and the interior looks very nice as well, with photoetch parts to supplement the molded-in detail. The engines, inlets and torpedo are cast in resin. Decals are for two Filton-based aircraft from 1948.
