1/48 Hayabusa Model 3 Koh Shinbu Troop

Description

This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.

A limited release of Fine Molds’ excellent 1/48 Ki-43 model, with special markings and bomb included to represent any of 3 Type III Koh assigned to “Special Attack” (Kamikaze) squadrons in late 1944/early 1945. These aircraft were some of the more colorfully-marked aircraft operated by the Japanese Army, and the kit markings feature an aircraft with a large red thunderbolt on the sides under the cockpit, one with a large white arrow on the tail, and one with an arrow and a stylized Chinese-character “9” on the tail. Kit features recessed panel lines, raised cockpit sidewall detail, and a standing pilot figure.
