WWII started just a bit too early to see helicopters enter service. However there were a few out there being tested and actually fielded during the war! One of those was the German Flettner Fl 282! Originally designed with the mission of transporting items between ships and spotting enemy submarines, the FI 282 was also later used on the battlefield as an artillery spotter, albeit in very limited numbers as on 24 Flettner Fl 282s were ever manufactured!
MiniArt now brings us an FI 282 in a scale that is sure to please armor modelers and diorama modelers, 1/35th scale! According to the manufacturer this kit includes 189 parts as well as photo-etched metal detail parts. A decal sheet is also included!
