This kit has highly-detailed cockpits and landing gear, deployed flaps, slats, and spoilers, full weapons bay with optional position doors, multi-piece radar assembly in the nose and a huge assortment of stores: AIM-9, drop tanks, ECM pods, Mk.82 bombs, Mk.20 Rockeyes, GBU-15s, GBU-10s, GBU-24s, AGM-142s, guidance pod, PAVE TACK, MERS and TERs. Decals are provided for “A8-127” in Vietnam-era camouflage as well as “A8-131” in the the gunship gray scheme with colorful tail markings to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Pig down under. Instructions are of the exploded-view pictorial type, with notes in English and Chinese.
