Description

This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.

The Aero L-29 Dolphin (NATO code “Maya”) was the standard training aircraft for jet pilots of the Warsaw Pact State. The L-29 was easy to fly and fairly undemanding in maintenance. The L-29 was powered by a Motorlet M-701 jet turbine and reached a top speed of 655 km / h. The L-29 was in use in Africa, Asia and even the US Navy had two L -29, with modified engines.

The detailing of sheet metal joints, rivet rows and maintenance flaps is superb. Two of the photo etched boards are for use on the pilot seats.There are five options for the marking / painting.
