This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.
Officially known as the National Emergency Airborne Command Post (or NEACP, which usually gets pronounced as “kneecap”), this is the 747 “doomsday plane” that the president or other government officials would use during a nuclear war, or other super-grave national emergency. Four such aircraft are in service. Kit includes all the parts necessary to modify the standard 747-200 to the E-4B configuration. Limited re-release.
