This is the Hogan Wings 1/32 Daimler-Benz DB601 engine stencil decal.
The “Wet Transfer” decal is different from regular water transfer decals. To use it, you cut out the desired part, soak it in warm water to remove the backing paper, and then apply it to the model with the transparent film on top. After allowing it to dry for a few hours, you peel off the transparent film, leaving the markings printed underneath. This method eliminates the silvering around the edges, which is common with regular water transfer decals. It combines the advantages of both dry decals and water transfer decals.
