1/32 Junkers Ju 87B-2 Stuka

This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.

New from Trumpeter is this model of the Ju87B-2 Stuka in 1/32 scale. Features a complete engine assembly, detailed interior, separate control surfaces, dual-spar wing construction, detailed wing gun bays, four-piece canopy, landing gear struts inside the spats (meaning one could remove the lower spats if desired to represent a Stuka on the Eastern Front, where spats were sometimes removed to deal with the mud and snow) and lots of armament options including: “cluster” bombs, 50kg bombs with optional fuse extenders, MG81Z “watering can” gun pods, drop tanks (for the Ju87R) and a large bomb for the centerline cradle (not identified, but it looks to me like an SC 1000kg bomb). However, the kit includes the streamlined dual wing rack as used on the D-model. This is incorrect, only use parts WD2, WD3, WD14 and WD15 as these are the correct racks for B- and R-model Stukas! Includes markings for L1+AU of 10./LG1, 6G+CC of Stab II./St.G.1 and T6+CK of 2./St.G.2 ‘Immelmann’.
