Mikromil has released a completely new mold injection kit, the 1/32 Miles Magister Mk.I! Because of the excellence of the Hawk trainer developed by Miles for civilian use, in 1934 the British Air Ministry instructed Miles to develop an elementary trainer for the RAF based on the Hawk trainer, and in 1937 the M14 Magister, the first monoplane trainer for the British Army, was completed.With the outbreak of World War II came the need to train large numbers of pilots, so the aircraft was deployed to as many as 16 training schools and the Central Flying School, and was also exported to Turkey, Egypt, and Ireland.This aircraft was used not only as a trainer aircraft for the Royal Air Force and the Royal Fleet Air Arm, but also as a liaison aircraft for the headquarters, and was nicknamed “Maggie” by the pilots.The kit comes with etched parts, paint mask stickers, resin parts such as engine parts, and three types of Royal Air Force decals.When completed, the rotor diameter will be about 322mm and the fuselage will be about 235mm in length.
