This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
A re-issue of the venerable Monogram B-17G with markings for 2 aircraft from the 447th BG, “A Bit O’ Lace” and “Milk Wagon”. The nose art on the real “A Bit O’ Lace” was designed by Milton Caniff, the artist who drew the “Dick Tracy” comic strip. Unfortunately, the kit does not include the Cheyenne tail turret that was fitted to “A Bit O’ Lace” (and possibly “Milk Wagon”), however I believe there are conversion sets available. A classic kit that has yet to be bettered, or even matched! If you like B-17s, then this is the kit for you. Includes 5 crew figures and a bomb trailer for a diorama setting.
