A limited-edition re-issue of the still-very-nice Esci Hs123A-1, improved with the addition of a new-tool pilot figure, drum cans, jerry cans and some other accessories. Decals are included for four aircraft, an early-war three-tone splinter camoflaged aircraft of II.(Schlacht)/LG2 in France in 1940, RLM65/70 aircraft of 8/Sch.G.1 and 5/Sch.G.1 in Russia in 1942, a winter-camoflaged aircraft of 5/Sch.G.1 also from Russia in 1942 and an RLM 65/70/71 camoflaged aircraft from 10/LG2 in the Balkans in 1941. The Hs123 was a very important type in the early-war period, as its simple and robust construction enabled it to keep operating in conditions that grounded its more technologically advanced successors. No collection of early close-support aircraft could be considered complete without the inclusion of this kit!
