This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
In the early 1930s, the idea of a high-speed bomber that could outstrip contemporary fighters was taking hold. One of the machines realized under this concept was the twin-engine bomber Ju 88. Ju 88A-4 planes were produced beginning in the spring of 1941, with liquid-cooled Jumo 211J engines that offered increased power and more powerful armament.
The Ju 88C-6b was the night fighter version of the A-4 appearing in 1943, and differed by setting one MG FF cannon with three MG 17 machine guns in the opaque nose, and two MG FF in the ventral gondola.
Completed model measures 316mm long with a 418mm wingspan. Decals are included.
