This is a sheet of water-slide or dry transfer decals for marking aircraft models.
Rivet decals are decals designed to replicate the three-dimensional rivet details on the surface of aircraft models. The rivet parts are thicker than regular “wet transfer” decals. To apply them, simply adhere the decals to the surface of the primed model using the wet transfer method, and then paint over them.
