This is a plastic model assembly kit recreating the F-15J Eagle in aggressor configuration used by the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF) in 1/72 scale.

This kit models the F-15J aggressor aircraft used by the JASDF to simulate adversary roles during training exercises. While aggressor aircraft are typically the two-seater F-15DJ variant, a small number of single-seat F-15J models are also deployed, making the aggressor-painted F-15J a highly sought-after rarity. Initially part of the “Flight Training Unit,” the aggressor unit was reorganized into the “Flight Training Group” in August 2014.

This model replicates the blue identification paint scheme adorned by the F-15J during the final years of the Flight Training Unit, from 2012 to spring 2014. The blue paint on the nose, upper surface of the wings, and external fuel tanks is provided with large-format decals by Cartograf. The aircraft is meticulously modeled in 1/72 scale, with detailed panel lines and attention to detail, including intricately reproduced engine nozzles and delicate landing gear components.
