This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.
A pretty nice little kit of the MiG-21SM from Mastercraft of Poland. Features recessed panel lines, a rudimentary cockpit tub, centerline drop tank, and underwing missiles. Decals are for four Russian aircraft: the camoflaged “17” of the 303rd Composite AD from 1985, the natural metal “23” of the Ukrainian Air Force from 1984, the natural metal “70” as displayed at the Monino Air Museum, and the camoflaged “107” of the 303rd Composite AD from 1985.
Overall, a good, basic kit of the MiG-21 aimed at beginners, providing decent value at low cost.
