This aircraft was planned by the Army Aviation Technical Research Institute in 1945 as an enhanced version of the Shusui. It was a larger version, with an increased fuel capacity and an additional cruise rocket to extend its flight time by about three times.
The adoption review was scheduled to be completed in August of the same year, but the development of the Shusui was not completed, and this aircraft did not reach the stage of prototype production.
