This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.
Limited reissue of the Hasegawa 1/72 scale RF-4C kit with decals to mark it as any of five “hi-vis” USAF Photo Phantoms: 41023 or 41042 or 41051 of the 1st TRS 10th TRW, 37756 of the 363rd TRWand 37743. The painting instructions for this last airframe seems to be sealed out-of-sight in a bag with the clear parts, so I am unable to see which unit it is for, however I would imagine like the other 4 aircraft it is a mid-60s gull-gray over white bird.
