A limited-run injection kit of the Ki-9 “akatombo” (red dragonfly) training biplane. Don’t let the “limited-run” description dissuade you, though; RS Models is well-known for producing very high-quality kits, and this model is no exception. Includes complete interior and highly-detailed engine, making use of Eduard pre-painted photo-etch (included). Surface detail is very nicely done and delicate, so make sure your paint is properly thinned or you will cover it all up! Markings are given for four aircraft: a Japanese Army trainer from the Utsunomiya Flying School, a Republic of China Air Force trainer, an aircraft of the Nanking (Nanjing) Government, and a Thai Air Force trainer.
