Another great Super Sabre release from Trumpeter! This time it’s the F model in 1/72 scale. As with the previous 1/72 releases, aside from relying on a decal instrument panel most of the detail from Trumpeter’s larger Hun kits all seems to be here. Includes deep intake trunk, burner can with deep exhaust, separate flaps, slats and dive brake, two styles of IFR probe, folded and extended pitot booms, boarding ladder, drop tanks, Sidewinders and TERs. Added are an ALQ-31 ECM pod and a “practice bomb” shape. Decals are for the “Spirit of Saint Louis II” of the 20th FBW (with markings to depict it at two points in its life) and a camouflaged Wild Weasel aircraft from 1965.
